  Fascial Stretch Therapy is a system of assisted table-based stretching performed by a Registered Massage Therapist. The stretching techniques are focused on releasing and mobilizing the fascia, joint capsule and other connective tissues that may be limiting your flexibility, strength and performance.

  We also offer a unique stretch therapy service designed specifically for golfers to help increase your flexibility, muscle function and improve your swing mechanics. “Golf Swing Specifics” takes you through a series of dynamic assisted stretches to target every muscle engaged during the 5 phases of swing.
